An Méid atá le rá ag ár gCuairteoirí

Is bunchuid dár nEispéireas Cuartaíochta iad ár dTreoraithe Turais.

Brú na Bóinne

I just wanted to reach out to say what an amazing time my girlfriend and I had doing the tour at Brú na Bóinne on Saturday the 10th May at 12:00. Every member of staff we met were exemplary, they should be on an advert for tourism Ireland!

From the lovely and helpful people in the centre, to each and every bus driver, to the people outside the monuments (I got chatting to one fella who was a great golfer, playing off 4) and to our guides at both Knowth (Collette I think) and New Grange (I didn’t catch his name but he had a beard, a bucket hat and one of the best dry senses of humour I’ve heard); they were all exceptionally kind, polite, helpful and friendly.

We really were blown away and the tour was incredibly efficient. We just wanted to say thanks so much for such a memorable day and to keep up the fantastic work. You are all amazing and you are protecting our most important heritage.

Clonmacnoise

“We visited Clonmacnoise on 13 June 2024 with a group of fifteen visually impaired people. We had a wonderful visit that day. The people at the reception  were really kind. Instead of the film with information, the local guide, Aidan, took his time and guided our group using stories and descriptions of the crosses and the buildings in the fantastic environment. The visually impaired could touch everything and had a wonderful experience. We would like to thank Aidan for his patience in making this wonderful visit possible”

Clonmacnoise Abbey

Mainistir Naomh Muire

D’fhreastail mé ar an turas treoraithe ar iarsmaí Mhainistir Mhuire inniu agus theastaigh uaim ríomhphost a sheoladh ag rá go bhfuil lúcháir orm go bhfuil an mhainistir oscailte arís agus tá súil agam go bhfanfaidh sé ar oscailt.

Bhí an treoraí turais inniu Ralph thar a bheith iontach, thug sé an láithreán ar fad beo i ndáiríre, agus rinne sé ábhar a d’fhéadfadh a bheith an-tirim, inrochtana agus inathraithe.

Ar an Luan 06 Lúnasa chuamar ar ár dturas áirithinte timpeall Cnóbha agus Sí an Bhrú. Ó theacht chuig an ionad cuairteoirí go dtí an bus a fhágáil ag an deireadh bhí taithí iontach againn.

Mheasamar go raibh gach duine, ón bhfoireann ag teacht go dtí na treoraithe agus an tiománaí cóiste an-taitneamhach, soiléir i dtreo agus cabhrach. Caithfidh mé an cúram eisceachtúil a thug an bheirt threoraí fireanna ar Shí an Bhrú a thabhairt ar ár dturas 1.15 dár n-iníon uathachasach sa seomra. Tháinig faitíos uirthi agus ní raibh sí ag dul isteach sa seomra, ach léirigh an bheirt acu an-fhoighne agus íogaireacht léi, duine ag tógáil a láimhe agus á tabhairt isteach. Tá sí fós ag caint faoin seomra agus faoin dá threoraí. Samhlaigh go bhféadfadh sí a bheith caillte ar seo ach mar gheall orthu ba é seo buaicphointe an lae.

Go raibh maith agat do gach ball foirne cabhrach agus comhbhách.
