Cé Muid Féin
We are a service organisation of the Irish government. We are the people who manage and take care of many of Ireland’s most important historic places. These places range from archaeological monuments to historic houses and include the plants, trees, art, artefacts, furniture and other folklife relics that give them their unique life and colour.
I measc Seirbhísí Oidhreachta an OOP tá Maoine Stairiúla Náisiúnta, atá freagrach as tuairim is 30 láthair stairiúil thábhachtach, agus an tSeirbhís Séadchomharthaí Náisiúnta a dhíríonn ar an 750 Séadchomhartha Náisiúnta i gcúram an Stáit. Tá bord inár struchtúr rialachais a bhíonn ag obair faoin Aire Stáit a bhfuil freagracht speisialta an OOP air sa Roinn Caiteachais Phoiblí agus Athchóirithe.
Tá sé d’ádh orainn cuid mhaith daoine ard-oilte, a bhfuil taithí mhaith acu, a bheith ar an bhfoireann againn, agus iad tiomanta do chosaint ár láithreacha oidhreachta agus do chúnamh a thabhairt á léirmhíniú. Creidimid, freisin, sa tairbhe a bhaineann leis an gcomhoibriú le gníomhaireachtaí, músaeim agus institiúidí príobháideacha eile agus bímid ag lorg deiseanna go gníomhach chun dul i mbun comhoibrithe agus chun gréasáin thacúla ghairmiúla a chruthú.
