Eva is a 21-year-old Irish soprano currently completing her BMus in Vocal Performance at the Royal Irish Academy of Music, where she studies with Professor Kathleen Tynan and is coached by Dearbhla Collins. In 2025, she made her operatic debut in the title role of Rosina in Haydn’s La Vera Costanza—her first full opera and leading stage role. She has also performed as Fiordiligi in scenes from Mozart’s Così fan tutte.

Eva is the first-ever recipient of the Bríd Phelan Emerging Talent Award from the Blackwater Valley Opera Festival and was awarded the Canto al Serchio Award following her finalist appearance at the 2024 Birr Festival of Music.

A multiple prizewinner at Feis Ceoil, Ireland’s national classical music competition, her awards include the Plunket Greene, Young Cup, Thomas Moore, Merchant Cup, and Junior Vocal Recital competitions. In 2024, she won the Irene Sanford Singing Competition, where she was also awarded the Best Performance of German Lied, and received the John McCormack Bursary.

She has appeared as a soloist at the National Concert Hall, on RTÉ Lyric FM, and at international festivals such as Appuntamenti con la Lirica in Barga, Italy. A profile in Independent.ie, a national Irish news outlet, praised her as “renowned for her versatile talent… and recognised for her outstanding vocal ability.”

Eva continues to develop her craft through masterclasses with artists including Anna Devin, Robin Tritschler, and Jorge Chaminé, and through international training programmes such as the Winterlied Academy in Germany and the Daniel Ferro Vocal Programme in Tuscany. Most recently, she was offered a place by the Montserrat Caballé Foundation to take part in a week of masterclasses in Barcelona with celebrated tenor Jaume Aragall, who performed at La Scala and alongside Montserrat Caballé.
