Esther is so looking forward to her annual Easter Party with her friends. Invitations have been posted. The meal is planned to perfection: Carrot Soup for starters, Braised Carrots for Mains, followed by a sumptuous desert of Carrot Cake with a glass of her special Carrot Juice. What could go wrong???
