Jacinta has 40 years healthcare and complementary therapy experience as a certified clinical Reflexologist and energy healer and combines a passion for caring and creativity in her painting work at her holistic healing centre “A Gift of Healing,” in Cloughjordan, Co. Tipperary. Jacinta uses a contemplative meditative style and draws on Jungian symbolism, walking in nature, singing and inner journeys for inspiration. Her paintings are an infusion of colour, magic, joy and presence which transport the viewer to a world of light and beauty fostering healing and wholeness.

Jacinta has exhibited nationally and internationally and her work is on display in local hospitals, Sheelaghnagig Bookshop and wholefood store, Cloughjordan, in addition to private collections in Ireland and Europe. Jacinta will be delighted to share her process and inspiration behind the marvelous works on display. The exhibition will be launched on Saturday 9th of May 2026 by Trish Taylor Thompson, Artistic Director of Nenagh Arts Centre, and Fine Art Painting graduate of Limerick School of Art & Design. A dedicated curator and arts advocate, Trish leads the bi-annual Local Artists Exhibitions at St. Flannan’s Cathedral in Killaloe, championing regional talent and fostering community engagement with the arts. Alongside her curatorial work, she maintains an active painting practice, exploring the challenges climate change poses to the natural world and continues to promote and support a vibrant cultural landscape.

Jacinta expresses her appreciation to the expert staff of The Gallery, Portumna Castle and gardens, Trish Taylor Thompson for officiating, her family/ friends and the wider community for their continued support. Admission to the gallery and exhibition is free, refreshments and delicious homemade desserts available at the wonderful café onsite and all are welcome.
