Terms and Conditions for Under 18 pilot for all sites:

• The Free entry for U18s is a pilot initiative in place from 1^st to the 31^st of August 2025.
• This initiative applies to U18s ordinarily resident in Ireland and any general admission U18 visitors who are visiting from abroad. Parent / guardian must accompany all Under 18’s.
• The proposed initiative is not applicable to Language Schools or Tour Operators in order to manage capacities at busy sites.
• All refunds to be dealt with on site and if unable to do refund at site enquires to be sent to Visitor Service Finance via email touropsaccounts@opw.ie
• All Complimentary under 12’s to be recorded under the Under 12 category to continue and all under 18’s to be added to the new line on Oracle Visitor Database which is now added to all sites for Complimentary Child (12-17) years. Please record accurately as these statistical information will be required at the end of this initiative.
