Kiltiernan Portal Tomb

Located near the Dublin Mountains, Kiltiernan Portal Tomb has connections linking back to the early Neolithic period.

During an excavation that was carried out by Macus Ó hEochaidhe, finds included an arrowhead, hollow scrapers, and an end scraper, all items associated with that period.

The tomb is partially collapsed, with the 40 ton capstone sloping toward the ground.
