To mark the 800th anniversary of the canonisation of St Laurence O'Toole, join Christiaan Corlett on a walking tour to St Saviour's Church in Glendalough on Thursday August 21st at 4.00pm (duration 1 hour approximately). This will be followed by a reception in Glendalough Visitor Centre OPW to celebrate the recent publication of The Latin Lives of St Laurence of Dublin critically edited by the late Maurice Roche.
This event is hosted by the OPW in collaboration with National Monuments Service, Wicklow County Council Heritage Office, Glendalough Heritage Forum and Four Courts Press.

This is a free event but parking charges apply in the Glendalough valley.
The path to St Saviour’s is uneven so sturdy footwear is recommended.
