The words 'Apollo Sun Mask' written over an example of the masks made during the workshop

During this family-friendly workshop our participants will explore one of the artworks on display at Dublin Castle.  This time, we'll be interpreting the 18th century Apollo ceiling by St Peter's Stuccodore.  We'll be taking direct inspiration from the symbol most commonly associated with our classical sun god!

Participants will use materials from the Education Room to create their own Apollo Sun Masks!

This is an opportunity to learn, discuss and create, using the rich art collection of the State Apartments at Dublin Castle.

This workshop is free of charge. Booking is essential, as places are limited!  Booking is by email only.
