Join Entomologist Owen Beckett from the National Biodiversity Centre on a guided walk introducing some of our most conspicuous pollinators and explaining how we overlook so many of the 99 species of bee that do not live in hives.
Owen Beckett is the National Insect Database Officer and has responsibility for developing national insect digital databases and building capacity for greater recording of insects in Ireland, to improve our knowledge of Ireland’s insect fauna.
