Biodiversity Week: Twilight Nature Ramble
Dates
24/05/2024 - 24/05/2024
8:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Location
National Botanic Garden of Ireland – Glasnevin
Join us for a twilight nature ramble through the Gardens for Biodiversity Week. Setting off before sunset, we will look and listen for birds going to their night roosts. When the sun has finally gone down for the night we will redirect our attention to nocturnal creatures. We’ll use bat detectors to listen for bats, weather permitting and keep an eye out for birds and mammals of the night.
Bring binoculars and bat detectors if you have them, warm clothes and outdoors footwear.
We will be walking in low-light conditions so extra care should be taken.
Booking Essential: Book at the desk at National Botanic Gardens or on Eventbrite
