This tour lets you explore the Casino's architecture, which is a great example of neoclassical design, and learn about the history behind the Academy's creation. Lord Charlemont was an influential figure in Irish society who helped to promote the arts and sciences during a time when Ireland was going through big cultural changes. The tour will show his impact and explain the Academy's goal of encouraging knowledge and learning. It's a great way to celebrate both the Academy and its inspiring founder.
