About Marielle:
My Gong journey began in 2021 during a life-changing stay with a Norwegian Gong master. For six months, I immersed myself in the sound, the stillness, and the sacred power of vibration. What started as a deep personal experience soon unfolded into a deep calling—to share the healing powers of sound with others.
The gong has taught me how to listen beyond words, how to rest deeply, and how to reconnect with the wisdom of the body and spirit. It is more than an instrument—it’s a portal into presence, peace, and energetic healing.
Now rooted in Ireland, I’m honoured to hold space through Gong Baths for those seeking rest, release, and renewal. Whether you're arriving in stillness or searching for it, you are welcome—just as you are

About Gong Baths:
A Gong Bath is a deeply immersive, sound-based meditation experience designed to promote relaxation, release stress, and restore balance to the mind and body. Despite the name, there’s no water involved—participants “bathe” in the rich, resonant sounds and vibrations of the Gong.
During a session, you simply lie down comfortably (usually on a yoga mat with a blanket) while the gong is gently played. As its vibrations fill the space, they naturally guide your brain into a meditative, restful state. The sound waves help calm the nervous system, clear mental clutter, and create space for deep healing.
Some of the benefits:
– reduces stress and anxiety
– improves sleep
– enhances meditation and mindfulness
– promotes emotional release
– balances energy
