Join Railway enthusiast and OPW Guide Cathal Deasy for a special illustrated talk entitled; 'The Kinsale Railway past and present'. Cathal shall discuss the first
branch-line of the West Cork Railway. He shall examine the proposals and construction of the line and the military and local usage of it, through to it's closure in 1931. Future proposals for this old transport network shall also be explored.

This is a free and fully seated event to take place in the Gunpowder Magazine at Charles Fort.
