This special guided tour for International Women’s Day will explore the experiences of two different groups of women imprisoned in Kilmainham Gaol.

Part of the guided tour will focus on female criminality in the 19th Century, looking at the stories of some of the women held in the Gaol and conditions for them within the prison system.
