Come along to meet members of the Guild of Irish Lacemakers, view the Guild members at work, and see exquisite vintage lace from the collection of Eithne D'Arcy who was a buying agent for Irish crochet lace in the area of Clones, Co. Monaghan. For those of you would like to have a go, you can try your hand at making bobbin lace, Irish crochet lace, tatting, Mountmellick lace and Carrickmacross lace, guided by the skilled Guild members. Admission to this event is free.
