This afternoon walk begins at 2pm. In Make Your Home A Nature Reserve (coming April 2024, The O’Brien Press) ecologist Donna Mullen explores the many ways in which we can invite nature into our home. Join Donna on this special walk around the beautiful National Botanic Garden in Wicklow as she discusses the amazing secret lives of Ireland’s wildlife - from bees and butterflies to hedgehogs and even bats - and the ways in which we can provide a safe space from them in and around our own homes, in a time when natural habitats are coming under increasing pressure.
