A cherry tree in front of a brick wall in Dubh Linn Garden. There is a small wooden bird box hanging on the tree.

During this family-friendly workshop our participants will explore the birds depicted in the art collection of the State Apartments!  This time, we've selected paintings which birds like doves, blackbirds, ravens, owls, woodpeckers, peacocks and magpies!

Participants will use materials from the Education Room and images of the birds depicted in the art collection to decorate their own bird boxes, just like those hanging in the Dubh Linn Gardens!

This is an opportunity to learn, discuss and create, using the rich art collection of the State Apartments at Dublin Castle.
