Family Fun
Our wonderful guides aim to ensure that younger visitors have an engaging experience at our heritage sites. Families can enjoy outdoor play facilities, picnic areas, child-friendly exhibitions and special hands-on activities at many of our sites.
Your young explorer might get to hold the key to a castle, inspect gruesome weapons or fulfil a noble quest! Making the past come alive has never been so much fun.
Best of all, children under the age of 12 can avail of free admission to all of our sites. Please note a valid ticket is still required to gain entry.
Our events calendar is constantly evolving, and we aim to ensure that visitors- young and old- have the opportunity to engage with their cultural heritage at our sites.
