Notice to all gardeners and gardening enthusiasts!
Get potting and donate your plants to a charity Bring & Buy Plant sale, run by, “An Gairdin”, Organic and Ecology Centre, Portumna, Co. Galway in aid of UNICEF.
The event will be held in Portumna Castle and Gardens on Sunday 29th of May beginning at 11am.
Bring your pots plants and flowers on the day and buy your choice of plant by donating to UNICEF. (Cash transactions only)
Our craft gardener Lynn, will give 2 guided tours of the wonderful 17th century walled kitchen garden at 2pm and 3.30pm. The garden is in full bloom at the moment and is a treat to all of the senses. Booking is essential for the garden tour, contact: 0909741658 or 0909742003
Local musicians have volunteered their time to perform throughout the afternoon.
This should be an entertaining day for all the family.
Free admission. All are welcome.
