Education Event: Dragon Stick Puppets!
During this family-friendly workshop our participants will explore one of the artworks on display at Dublin Castle. This time, we'll be taking our inspiration from a 16th century painting of 'St Michael' by Hans Burgkmair the Elder, which hangs in the Comptroller Rooms!
Participants will use materials from the Education Room as they make their own dragon stick puppets, like the one that appears in this gorgeous oil on panel!
This is an opportunity to learn, discuss and create using the rich art collection of the State Apartments at Dublin Castle.
This workshop is free of charge. Booking is essential, as places are limited! Booking is by email only.
