It is safe to say that dark clouds appeared over the Custom House many times over its 230 year history.
Join this special free tour to learn all about these horrible clouds floated over the desks of the decision makers in this very house, bringing anguish to Ireland’s people.
They also brought their misery to the environs around the building on the quays, the back streets and the bridges.
This tour deals with all those dark times in the history of the Custom House and its environs.
This tour lasts around an hour and is not suitable for children under 12.
Getting Here
The Custom House is located in Dublin city centre on the north quay facing the river Liffey between Butt Bridge and Talbot Memorial Bridge.
